good spot to see westerns inland from jurien.
Is Garden Island the one with all the mutton birds and that's why there are so many tiger snakes on there, or is it one in Tasmania where there are also massive tigers? I can never remember, I just know there's an Island somewhere that all the mutton birds nest at and the tigers live solely on them for like one month of the year and then they don't eat for the rest of it.

Hey deadeye,
Yea i stayed right near the esplanad, acctually right above the Univ. of Notre Dame book store. I only saw one brown snake on my whole trip, and that was on the way to exmouth. Found a few shingles, along the way too, on the tour bus we strattled a bluey near the Pinnicals but we didn't stop so i never got to see him. too bad, would have made my day. I did get to see a thorny devil on the trip though, that was amazing for me comming from a place with only a few herps to choose from and no lizards

West coast is thick with some stunning lizrads and skinks hey mate ?.
I wanna go out with a guy milking snakes .For the serum labs ..I cant wait to get back out into the desert. This guy has written 5 books on Perth reptiles. Windy and cold on rotto today blowing 45 knots pouring down . Getting the saturday paper just up the road i can see garden island ..It looked ruff and cold.
