Shedding Again! Question.

Turns out Finny was hiding so much and acting grumpy because she was going to shed. So luckily, she's not sick. She started shedding today, and I have a question. I've noticed that every time she sheds (which has only been twice so far, but) her eyelids get kinda swollen and reddish. I assume it's because she has to rub her face on everything to get all the old scales off. But it bothers me. After a few days they look better, but still look kind of swollen and odd.

Yeah, looks like the scales on the eyelids have been rubbed off (mostly on top). Could be from where she is irritating the skin, or maybe she lacks some vitamin A.

How does she shed? In large chunks, scale by scale, etc.?

Well, both kinda. When she's done shedding I'll find some big chunks of shed and then some scales here and there. How can I give her more vitamin A? Any specific foods?

How long does it take her to shed? Usually if humidity is optimal, it will just take a few hours from the time it really starts coming off.

A few scales here and there is fine, but generally they should shed in large chunks.

That's pretty much how she sheds, yes. Well, this is the first time I've actually seen her shed. It's been a little more than 1 hour or 1.5 hours and she has most of it off. All that's really left is her back and head. She got everything off her sides/most of her legs I think.
