Urination sexing?
Today Pep urinated while being held. I did not mind as it was outside, and it was on the stone ground. It simply came out of the area. Do male skinks have their hemipenes come out while urinating? Even a bit? Nothing came out but urine. Is Pep really a girl?

Re: Urination sexing?
Seeing a hemipene definitely means male but not seeing them doesn't mean female. Males don't normally evert their hemipenes every time they deficate, its something that happens more often when dropping sperm plugs, which also usually only happens during a particular species or sub species breeding season.

Oh, I read your post wrong. Sometimes they can drop them up to everyday for a period of time. Especially at this time of the year.

I havnt seen one yet at all. I thought due to his big jowls and wide head, in combo with large tail base were pretty male of him. Only thing to do is wait for sperm plugs! Or no sperm plugs. haha.

I believe I saw Toad's hemipenes last week when I saw his urinate. I am of course not 100% sure.
