Edit: On naming: I am a chemical biologist. Coomassie is named for Coomassie Brilliant blue, a stain used to visualize proteins. I am also a fiber/fabric junkie so Indigo is named for the Indigo plant which was used for thousands of years to produce blue dyes for fiber and textiles.
Edit 2: I forgot to mention, Coomassie is a Northern and Indigo is a Merauke. I do not ever plan to breed nor do I trust Coomassie to be around other skinks. He is a sweet pet but I can see that he would be aggressive to other skinks. These are both pets and will never be bred.
Anyway, onto the pictures!
This morning started with a Netflix marathon with Coomassie to assure him that his new baby brother wouldn't bother him at all. He was trying to be cute....

After much panic, lots of phone calls, messages, and general chaos, Indigo finally arrived (perfectly fine due to Susann's awesome packing skills)

There was a small amount of huffing but after 20+ hours in a box, I can't really blame him

Susann warned me that he would be hungry so first up with lunch. He ate a lot for a little skink. The food in the pictures is the amount I usually feed Coomassie. I figured I would let him eat his fill and then stick it back in the fridge.

Next up! Play time! Considering all he went through, I'm surprised how much he wanted to run around and explore.

Finally, I tapped out. I was exhausted after being so stressed out for so long. I grabbed a few pics of him in his new home

Looks like he wasn't fazed at all, just having the time of his life! ...and the meal of his life by the looks of it!
