In the first picture, I would guess that the one on the left is female, and the one on the right is male. I'm not all that good at gender-guesses though.

Those are indeed sperm plugs, so whoever is leaving them for you is definitely male.

I would also guess that you have a female on the left. The right one is definitely male if he is dropping plugs.

I would just like to let you know that, of the 3 skinks in the second picture, the little one on the left looks like a Merauke, the one in the middle is an Irian Jaya, and the one on the right looks to me like a mix of Merauke and Irian Jaya.
I know not everybody in Indonesia care about keeping the species clean, but I wanted to let you know, in case you do care.

If you are guessing as to which bts dropped the sperm plugs because you're not absolutely sure, then you need to separate them. Put them in individual cages. THEN you'll know for sure which is the female and the male because you'll find out who dropped the sperm plugs. You cannot tell by looking at them. You can only guess. There is no hard and fast rule.

If u havnt witnessed whos dropping sperm plugs dont rule out the small 3rd one being a male either
