Brown Spots on Mouth and Chin

Postby ekswhyzee » Sun Dec 20, 2020 10:52 am

This morning I discovered two new brown spots on the right side of my skink's face, one on the upper mouth and one on the lower jaw (see pictures) They don't look like anything I've seen. Could this be from shedding or did he poke himself perhaps? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Doesn’t look like anything serious. If you’re concerned perhaps a bit of peroxide on a q tip to the area to disinfect. They often do things to themselves beyond our control!

Looks like nothing to worry about.
