Bleeding When Eating
I recently bought a baby merauke blue tongue skink, which I've named Falkor. Whenever I feed him there ends up being a small amount of blood in his food bowl so I took him to the vet. The vet said there's part of his gums that is slightly swollen, but he said that there was nothing he saw that really concerned him overall and didn't really give me any ideas as to what I should do about the swollen area. I'm still concerned, however, because he's still bleeding and I don't want it to get any worse. I was wondering if there's anything I should do to try and disinfect the swollen area. Thanks guys!!!
