Hello, I could use some assistance further identifying my Indonesian. Classic or Halmahera? I would approximate that it is around a month old. As of today, it is 28 grams, and 7 inches long including tail. Suspecting that it is a Halmahera I have been keeping humidity high with misting, a fogger and a mix of cypress mulch, coconut fiber and sphagnum moss. It has a humid hide and a basking stone with an appropriate temperature gradient and plenty of brush to hide under. Taking a stool sample in next week to be tested for parasites and worms as a precautionary measure. All input is appreciated, thank you.

Halmahera :-). Sounds like you are doing everything correctly. Just shoot for humidity about 80%.

Awwww! Cutie! Don't worry about that scale around his mouth, halys are always imported and they often have a damaged scale or two. Will more than likely shed off. Congratulations on your new pet! He's adorable!
