I was just wondering what you guys do when your bluey has been digging/tunneling/ making trench's round things? Do you return it all back to how it was or do you leave it? I have been putting it back to how it was each night but I feel a bit bad to undo his hard work, so just wondered what everyone else does?

I'd leave the skinks mining operations be UNLESS there's a risk something of collapsing or falling onto the skink .

Chances are the skink will move the stuff about and remodel everything again next day, so you are wasting you time trying to keep everything ship shape.

I just leave it, though normally he ends up making any that don’t just fall in behind him collapse by walking all over them anyway. It’s always interesting to see his burrows under his humid hide, it’s like a little cross cross of tunnels under there when I lift it.

Thanks for your responses. It is crazy how much digging they do, I think he is on the look out for lizard ladies currently so trying to dig his way out to go and find them bless him.

There are times when mine do it constantly. That's why I always say, the simpler the better with these guys. They don't have any use for pretty, decorated enclosures!
