Dubia roaches illegal in Canada?

So I'm thinking of feeding my Bluey some dubia roaches! Are they a good insect for skinks? I also heard that dubia roaches are illegal in Canada which is where I live, I haven't seen anything recent about it even when Search it up. So obviously I wouldn't get any if they are but it would be awesome if someone could give me some info.

They're illegal in Canada still as far as I'm aware. It's dumb since I don't really how they could become an invasive species, but them's the rules.
