HELP! BLACK SWELLING IN HOGNOSE MOUTH

As the title says my hognose has terrible black swelling in his mouth, I just found it 20 mins ago and have never seen anything like it. Getting him to the vet ASAP but if you guys have any suggests I would really appreciate it

I have exactly zero ideas but wish you both the best of luck and hope you let us know what the vet says. :(
