Loose, smelly stools for a month. Worried...

My 11 month old Merauke has had stinky, loose stools for a month now. Her diet has not changed. I noticed it started though right after trying turkey Merrick dog food and raw beef liver for a meal. You can sometimes see small pieces of food in it as well. She saw the vet almost 2 weeks ago and has been taking Benebac probiotic with no change in symptoms. She had a normal fecal exam.

I am taking her back tomorrow and want a repeat fecal done on her. I fear the worst. She is acting totally normal though ,exploring, sleeping, eating like a pig, and putting on weight this month. Maybe someone here can give me some ideas about what could be most likely her problem and if there's anything I can try.

Cut out all fruits and egg from her diet, maybe cut back a bit on the greens as well. See what that does. Good job on getting the re-check as well. Hopefully you'll get a fresh sample at the vet's too.

Thank you Susann. I have not given her eggs in months because of this very issue and the last time I gave her a fruit was 3 weeks ago. I will cut back on greens as well. I was also told by a few to try boiled chicken in place of dog food for a bit. I am trying that as well. Thank you.
