We went to the vet today. He is much better but still on the antibiotic. He has put on weight and is much brighter.
I have put in a 150W basking lamp (previous lamp was 100W); bought some silkworms which he loves, and done great damage to my bank account !

Thanks, Richard. He is such a gentle skink. The blood tests where inconclusive but the vet, who we've seen before, said most likely a low level infection. He was able to peer down Solly's throat with an otoscope and Solomon didn't even hiss. The vet said silkworms are great so now I'll have to investigate breeding them.
