Off to a slow start

We scheduled our breeding a month later than usual this year, and we are also seeing the longest gestations we have ever had. The result is that our babies are coming REALLY late! So far we only have one small litter of easterns and one big litter of northerns. I thought that maybe if I complain about it publicly the, it would shame the others into dropping their babies. Here is the northern litter, and one of the easterns. We do not have any babies available at this time.

It's weird when I'm getting babies at the same time you are :lol: Man do I ever want some easterns. Great looking babies :)

Nice jeff,well done with easterns to,as a member of usually the last one to get babies brigade all i can say is it does suck but good things come to those whom wait,was starting to think my northerns might pip yours,lol

Ill be curios to see if your later start may help with more temperate forms

Jeff, surely you don't want that ugly runt looking Eastern. Since I know how desperately you will want it out of your house, just place it in a box and send it to me.

Actually looking at the eastern it looks sizable for a newborn,either that or jeff has lady hands,lol

The eastern is 3 weeks old now Richard. Thanks for the concern about my masculinity though. Really hoping to have a lot more babies soon. I'm getting really tired of watching all of these fat girls just poop every day.

Good start on the Northerns with a litter of 15. And that is one nice looking Eastern...
