Scale regeneration
I just thought this was a neat shot and thought ya'll might be interested to see. It's amazing how reptile scales regenerate themselves over time. The white spots from far away appear to be scars but up close they are completely regenerated normal white scales. This is Delilah, one of my female classic northerns, who came to me covered in old burn scars. Over the last few sheds she's completely regrown the scales that were damaged and after each shed the white scales regain a little of their former color. Just thought it was interesting how scale regeneration works
