To feed my Crue

I still miss the Pedigree Chunky Beef. I was able to find some smaller cans which for me will be about a year or 2's supply. I was going to recommend the place I got the stuff at but when I saw the size of the cans I realized that one shipment wouldn't even work for one feeding at your house.

WOWEE! You could have labled this as "to feed my massive skink army"! I can't even imagine if feeding days were like that! I manage to make quite a bit of food with just one can of pedigree....and that feeds 5 skinks for over a month! O.O

Greetings From Virginia Ray. I Loved Seeing Your Set Up When We Picked Out Our baby Several Years Ago. You Taught Me So Much During Our Visit, and I have Always Been Thankful For That. I Am Happy To Say That She Turned Out To Be a Good Breeder. She's Had 15 - 18 Every Year. This year, She Had 15 And Six Undeveloped Embryos. I Can't Imagine What She Would Have Looked Like If They All Had developed. She could Barely Put Her Back Feet Down As It Was.

If my Skink is Any Testament To Your Feeding Methods, I Can Certainly Vouch For The Fact That Ours Is Quite healthy. People Think Feeding Natural Is Required And I Try To Do That When I Can. All Of Your Animals Looked Extremely Healthy And Had Suffered No ill Effects From What I Could see. I Think Its important To Give Our Animals What They Need To Thrive, And Yours have Certainly Stood The Test Of Time And done That.

Oh, And Not To steal The thread, but You Warned Me These Guys Were Addictive. We Now Have Eight With A 12X18 Foot enclosure Out Back For The Summer Months. You Were Right.

Thanks !!! Now if more people would believe how simple it is to feed BTS and keep them healthy, using dogfood . There would be a lot less repeat questions to answer.

what people dont understand with feeding them a more natural diet is that natural diet is about surviving in the wild,especially when more preffered options arent available,they are then forced to eat what ever or miss out,which means they perish ,the wild can be harsh on them,in particular the inland species

alot of wild ones often scavage pet dog or cats bowls for a meal to in nature,must be like christmas for them,lol

ive found more than a few munchin on dry dogs poop to,even death shaking foot longs to try and get them down,i dont reccomend mimicking that though,lol

Have you noticed distinct differences when you add veggies versus if you don't? Do you simply eyeball the amount of calcium/multivitamin powder?
