I seen this on Facebook.. and it just looks too perfect to be real.. They mention it could be a locale between Perth and Goldfields..

cant comment on if its fake or not,you do get them like that though,and no where near the goldfields,id say thats a natural occuring color

dont always see bright orange head as a trait of goldfields,the coastals and hills type can have it to,theres other traits that tell you its a goldfields form,black background with yellow flecks ect,most get to over awwed with the orange head they miss the rest of the body,lol

If the blue banding?? Holy cow! I bet this would cost a fortune if it was a truly real, unedited skink.

there cheap as chips here,as there quite common,all stumpies are pricey out of aus though,demand far outways supply,that pic does look odd,to see if its fake look for different pics or even ask,u usually can tell then

I have seen this before also, they said it was a handmade sculpture.

explains consistency of banding and smooth tail tip and broken off looking toes on front feet,cool looking sculpture,scale detail wise

I have seen similar colouring, but the orange has never been that bright nor the stripes that perfect~

The scales in my opinion seem to have too much of a gap underneath them, which is what convinces me it may be a sculpture the most.

The fact that its feet don't all touch the ground cos it is made for sitting on a flat surface sort if give it away a bit
