Does anyone know what kind of BTS is this?

I have been searching for halmaheras in the net because im fascinated with them.
I came along with this pic and noticed tat this is no ordinary BTS IMO.

Just wanted to ask if this is an edited one, or something like this truly exists.

thats an ij bluetongue,not a formally recognised species,so often called a tiliqua species,what studies have been done on them has put them closest to the merauke bluetongue skink,theu share alot of the same range,there highly variable,some have a gigas type look to them,others look very scincoides,unfortunatly science has put them in the to hard to place anywhere basket at the moment

Is this normal for them to go red? I thought it would be an edited picture and thought it would be a Halmahera or Caramel BTS.

some can be reddy orangey,in particular on there flanks,most arent though,its possable that photo jist makes it look redder,but it could also be a pretty acurate vision of its color

if its in a for sales tjread and thats only pic,you could ask seller for a few more pics and see what different pics show as they could look entirely different,often the choose the most desirable pic in there quest to sell an animal

It looks like a lizard that is infused with a white tube with fire in it. Is there any kind of food that will make your skink bigger and brighter in color? :O

None that would be safe if fed in amounts to enhance colour.

If you are looking for certain traits, you are best to speak to breeders directly to find out what they have available. You will not be able to beautify your skink any more once you have him, aside from feeding him well, giving him a good home and keeping him in optimum health.
