Not like the female?

The male is really pretty, but he is very wild.. not really defensive, just jittery.

The female might not be the prettiest, but her personality is what makes her beautiful.

Took a couple more a few days ago. Gizmo's about to shed, excuse the dull colours.

Stopped taking pictures after that because Gizmo left a present on my bed.

There are some mighty fine looking skinks, and some super cute ones too on this thread!

Since it has only been two weeks since the last post, I thought I show this photo of Hunter strutting.

I honestly don't handle them much. When I do, they are fine if you don't mind a little smeared poop on you 8)
But I know others who handle their PTS quite a bit and they become pretty tame. I just haven't really done so -- that's what my BTS are for :D

Wow, Rory, she's enormous! Well, she looks like a lady to me ... :noknow:

Gizmo is as cute as ever, too. He's really photogenic!

That picture of Irvin is fabulous, I love those kind of close up goofy pics!

All I know about her is that she is a line bred northern from a well known line of Northerns here in aus. I haven't decided what type of northern to use on her this coming season. As she isn't locale specific I am half tempted to use one of my Kimberley form males on her.

Thanks Rory - It will be fascinating to see what comes from that pairing. Definitely going to be beautiful either way.

That is a Lowland, right? :|

What species of skinks do you successfully keep outside, Richard? :)
