Hello everyone.

I hope to be soon new to BTS's
My son has shown intrest in the BTS and i have aswell after doing research on these guys.

Our family is not new to owning reptiles.

We currently own, a Jackson's Chameleon, 3 leopard gecko's, 1 bearded dragon, and 1 crested gecko. All in great health.
Ive built most of there enclosure's myself and ive "actualy taken them to see a vet". So i do take there health and care seriously.

My concern is the possibility of wild caught skink in the house even though wont be housed with the others, I still cocern of parasites, ect.., as well as im not a fan of wild caught when there are captive bred available. So im on the hunt for one BTS, i would prefer a female " since there agression seems to be less then males" but thats a preference not a have too. Im looking for recomendations on a repatable site, or even a member here that could sell me one. Also what is a fair price on the skinks.

If there is a need for further breeders of a certain bloodline i would even be willing to assist with this since i have experience with other species.

Im just new to this species of reptile and would like to gently step into the pool rather then just jump in, so any advice would be appreciated. also ill provide enclosure pictures of what i have now so private breeders may feel more comfortable with possibly selling me one. Oh and there is no smoking in my house I have seen that been an issue with some breeders as well.

What type of skink are you looking for?
I can probably find you a cbb animal of whatever species you would like as long as it's not an Indonesian(Tiliqua Gigas Gigas).
With blue tongue skinks gender doesn't really dictate aggression. Most skinks are timid. Fatal_S has a crazy Northern

i think we would be happy with a northern im not realy sure we mind what kind of bts, just a bts its more there character and structure we realy like

Baby season just started so you will have plenty to choose from in a week or two.

Susann also had some Merauke babies(which is rare) and is actually selling them this time(which is even more rare ) so if you want some Merauke babies you should contact her to get on the list:

Northerns are very variable so prices to are very variable. I think a good price for a decent northern is between $150-$250.

Those are beautiful, and such an interesting faces on them I was noticing you could kinda get a feel of character from those curious Lil faces lol. Mr Kentucky looked all chill lol.
