This was just an introduction through glass- you aren't putting them in together, are you?
Lovely skink. I do like it when the pattern doesn't quite meet up in the middle of their backs, like they've been zippered up wrong!

I wouldn't dream about putting them together, the glass was closed and the baby has his own enclosure.

Feeding time for the little baby with the big appetite I fed him outside of his tank today, trying to get him to associate me with something pleasant. He's not too fond of me.

Aww, what a cutie! I gotta agree with everyone that the last picture is just awesome!
To answer you question, I believe it is normal to feed juvies every other day. At least that is what I do with mine. But she tends to get a small treat on the in between days as well, not that she needs it.
