Maybe you could put some betadine ointment on the worst ones ut not on the eye area. Wen Lizzie was attacking Tripod I had a similar thing with damaged scales too. I think the damage will eventually shed out.

If he's hurting himself on the rocks, take out the rocks.

but i use the rocks as an useful way to keep his nails blunt and small as he don't like anyone cutting his nails + he also trys to run away when u pick him up so don't no whats happening there

als can blue tongues get a cold/flu as bob used to have 'snot' up his nose so washed them and put a eletric blanket under his tank to keep him warm then a few days later he was back to normal

Give him something else to trim the nails, something not dangerous enough to hurt when he tries to get under it.

It sounds like he has/had an RI (Respiratory Infection). The warmth is great for RIs, but it could still be there and need treatment. It could explain why he's rubbing his eyes against rocks. Any sign of bubbles in the eyes/nose/mouth, or wheezing/crackling breathing?

A thin flat rock or piece of tile should have the same effect on his nails, while not giving him anything sharp to rub his face/head on.

so no he does not have RI but am thinking of making a scratch patch in a corner BUT with something covering it so when he needs to scratch his nails he has that and then he can't hurt his gorges face and eyes
