Happy First Birthday! (pictures)

Postby RosiePosie06 » Sat Jul 07, 2012 1:45 pm

Today is the (designated) first birthday of Irwin Paarthurnax Harmon! I bought him on January 7th and he was six months, and now it is exactly six months from that day. So he is one year old! As an early birthday present he got a new, larger terrarium and a big log to hide in. He also went outside for the first time. We had a photoshoot out there which I will show here. Today my dad found him a grub worm that he gobbled up as a treat. He is now 16 inches long, that's a good 5 and a half inches bigger than when I got him. I love him:) Here are his new pictures!

All I can say is that I got him at the Reptile Super Show in Pomona from a man who was selling one other BTS and some superrr tiny geckos or newts (I only had eyes for the skinks, so all I don't really remember). I was over-excited and made the dumb mistake of not asking any questions other than his age and price... Hahaha

Well you might have made a mistake, but if so, you lucked out big time because that skink is as good looking as they come. Very nice!
