Are you talking about the warm side of the tank, or the actual basking SPOT?
The warm side of the terrarium should be about 95, 92-93 is fine. It is good however to give him a basking SPOT on that warm side that has a temperature of around 100 degrees, to help him when he needs a bit higher temperature to digest his food.

Ok I was talking about the warm side. The basking spot is around 95 degrees with a 50 watt basking bulb.

Maybe change to a 60W and bump it up a little.

or add more substrate to get basking spot closer to light, saves having to use a higher wattage, can also make an elevated basking spot
