Hahaha, sorry about that!
I wouldn't worry too much after just one time of not eating/pooping.
If you want to make sure before there is reason to worry, you can offer him something you know he loves, and fruit would be good here because if he is a little bound up or constipated, fruit tends to move things along. Then a day or so after feeding him, lay him down in some warm water; that almost always acts as a skink enema on my Joey.

Okay, so ive been asking this three times on the forum now, and some of the responses really gave me a good idea of how to nearly know.
I now know that they may go for a week without pooping, Litchie does not poop for 1,5 week when hes due shed, but then leaves a huge pile for me to clean up.
If you feed every day or once every other day the skink may simply not be hungry. This happens even if i feed once every 3 days near his shed, since he isnt going to the skink toilet
In case of emergency:
Give a somewhat warm, shallow, bath. Works on humans, works on lizards too.
Feed egg or banana ( thanks for this Fatal S )
Go to a veterinarian if its bad.
Some skinks may show an odd behaviour if its bad, ive seen one scraping its belly against things when not in shed ( not when whiping of their head after a meal )......But hey, theyre always having their belly on the ground so......
And well, thats pretty much all i know about it. sorry. I hope the veteran owners may give better and more examples and perhaps correct me if im wrong.

thanks guys, i feel a bit better. she ate her food today (i feed e'ery 3 days) and she has been eating her banana treats. I'll keep an eye on her just to be sure, but yeah.
I'll try the bath thing if she eats funky or starts doing strange things
