Contest voting question

I need to know what you guys think about something. When I create the voting poll, should the pics remain anonymous or would you like the bluey and owner name next to each picture?

The first voting poll will be up Thursday morning so I need to know what everyone prefers.

I think we should keep it anonymous for the voting. I'm sure most people will recognize the skinks or the background area anyway, but to avoid voting based on "Wow, I think TQ is such a pretty skink...he just has to win." or something like that.

of course some of those stunners out there are going to be recognisable. Maybe not in this one but most likely in future categories, but I'm sure everyone will vote for the best picture in the context of the competition.

I kept coming up with ideas in really inappropriate places like in the shower or on the train or during a meeting at work, and then I'd forget them all when it was photo shoot time. :doh:

Oh yeah, one more question....is there any way that it can be set up that you can only vote once? I'm sure people aren't going to go put 60 votes on their own bluey but just wondering....

Aren't all the polls set up so you can only vote once?

Once you vote it shows the results so that's just what I figured.

People really shouldn't put 1 vote on their own bluey.

I'll be voting for the best pic, no doubt about it. Not necessarily the best pic as in being taken with a super dooper fantabulous camera...but just the best pic regardless of who it is :lol: I want the calendar to look the best it can !

The poll will only allow you to vote once. So if someone wants to vote for their own they can.

Great point Lisa! We want the calendar to look great. I will also personally vote for the pic I think is best - whether it's my own or not.

yea me too. because then you still have chances to vote for your own later since they can only win once. better vote for your own when it really counts.
