Hi, we have a beautiful healthy male (that's what we were told and pretty sure it's correct) that was a baby in the Fall of 2017. My son who was 13 at the time wanted it but now it's not getting the attention it deserves so we decided to find a new home. We are in Melville NY, please make a fair offer. Also have the following equipment available: 36x18x12 Exo Terra, water bowl, food bowl, large cave, half log, Zoo Med deep dome lamp, Zoo Med lamp stand, Mega-Ray Mercury Vapor Heat bulb, huge bag of aspen. PM if interested.

Excellent catch. Looks to be a Halmahera. FYI, cedar bedding is not recommended to be used for any species of BTS.

Pay attention to what people are saying about the cedar. The oils can be extremely harmful to BTS and I would reccomend getting him off of it as soon as possible

Yes, I totally meant to post about the cedar as well. Switch substrates immediately.

I was wrong about the bedding, just checked the bag and it’s aspen. I’ll update the title as well, thanks all!

Aspen still isn't good for the type of species you have. You will need to switch to a substrate that holds humidity better. Jungle mix, eco earth, etc.

Yes, Aspen is not toxic to them but can be just as bad for his health. That stuff just sucks the moisture out of the air and shedding issues and respiratory problems are sure to arise.
