BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Just wanted to let people know that I have 5 female T.s. intermedia (Northerns) that have been bred by 3 unrelated Northern males the first week of February 2018. (By unrelated I mean the males are from 3 different sources and have no close link such as siblings, parents, etc. As much as possible, I am trying to avoid inbreeding.)

The babies should be due in June 2018 and although I have no idea yet if any of the females are truly gravid, I would be shocked based on past experience if I did not get offspring. I am located in California and would prefer to find local buyers although I will be more than happy to ship (assuming, again, I have babies available).

Too soon to worry about prices but they will definitely be at the low end of the 'market' price, and I would prefer to find good homes over maximizing sale prices. I'll have a much better idea of which females are gravid-- if any -- in April & May.

I have two females breeding to the same male.
Here is two minutes of pre breeding exercise from Feb. 17th.
I did not film the second one breeding, but I m 90% sure they are both gravid.

As to questions:

CraigB -- I am in central California. Assuming I have babies, I may drive some to potential buyers in LA area as there are several people there who inquired. (I posted a comment under your YouTube video.)

Gumbee -- Yes, I would consider shipping to Nevada. Tentative prices are $225 to $300, which I believe are lower than the majority of breeders. But really depends on what happens in June and whether my group produces many at all. (Or any...but looks good so far.)
