BTS breeder in Pennsylvania?

Postby Chico da Herper » Mon Dec 12, 2016 3:06 pm

Hey guys I have been wanting a bluey of my own and live in PA. Know any good breeders? My max budget is around $240 (for the skink itself), but I'm willing to pay a bit extra if with it. Yes, I could ship it, but I know it can be traumatic for the little guys... but if u know any good shippers u can say that as well. Thank u guys in advance! :helpme:

In PA I would highly recommend Diana Mason, her website: http://poconoherpetofuana.vpweb.com/eastern-bts She breeds Northerns and Easterns. You should be aware though that it is not baby season yet. CBB babies are usually born in the US between May- August. I am in NY and also breed Northern BTS and this is my website: https://sites.google.com/site/ourblueto ... ur-mission. I wish you luck in your search. BTS make awesome pets!

Thanks a bunch :D Seems like a reputable breeder, and relatively close by! I'll definitely look into you and the other breeder! The one is a little pricey tho... but it seems worth it! Thanks a bunch! If anyone has anymore that'll be great! Thanks again. :ohyes:

You are welcome. A CBB (Captive Bred & Born) Northern BTS will cost $250 and up. It's rare to see them priced much below that. If well cared for they will live 20+ yrs in captivity so a worthwhile investment, IMO.

Diana is awesome, I've got one of her Easterns. I don't think I've ever spent money so wisely.
Good luck in your search!
