Baloo was feeling handsome, and well....Tarz just has the cutest little rear that he had to show it off. Enjoy!!!

This is what I see of Tarzan most days. He checks on me to be sure that I'm just sitting at my computer and not attempting to disturb his domain.

He has become one with the glass......

Awww... they're both so cute! Tarzan doesn't look like a "face eater", though. Cute tooshie, buddy! :D

P.s. Is that Critter Litter... the substrate, I mean?

Its called soft sorb. I tried it out for the first time, and really I don't like it. It stick hard to everything and flies everywhere. For Baloo (the IJ) it's ok because he's mellow, but I need to switch to something else for Tarz because it shoots out when he wiggles away. Usually I use carefresh (the white variety)

Do you have mite problems with the CareFresh? I guess mites are species specific to some extent, right?

I know I've had mite problems with it and my furry gang. They're allergic to it, too... even when I froze it for 48 hours prior to putting it in their houses.

I haven't had any problems with it. The carefresh is just recycled paper, so I don't think mites would come with it. If there were mites in the enclosure (even in egg form) then I could see it, but my cages have never had anything in them that had mites.

Baloo keeps his cage nice and neat. He's the domestic type.

He may look like he's growing up to be quite the little man, but he's eating like a horse! Holy cow that little lizard can eat.
