Hi Everyone,

I have an opportunity to buy a juvenile shingleback, i have two males at the moment and at some point would like to introduce them. What would you recommend for gender? pros and cons?

I have a male that will attack another male instantly. It is actually how I determine their sexes! My other males are non-violent and just try and avoid confrontation. I would not keep two males together, even if they seem to get along, as when they go into season there will be confrontation. I'd suggest keeping the juvenile separately or very well supervised at first. My one male hates others regardless of season.
