does my Northern seem healthy?

hello!
this is my ~10 month old fella, Lamington!
i used to think he was a pretty substantial little sausage and that i was maybe overfeeding him, but recently i've been comparing him to photos of other people's skinks and i'm mildly concerned that he may be on the thinner side? specifically because of his tail. i don't know if it's just absurdly long and he's a lanky adolescent, or if he could stand to gain some weight and bulk up on the fat reserves back there. his head also looks a bit pointy to me, despite the double chin he's rocking.
he eats Wellness brand wet cat food and a mix of vegetables 3-4x per week, with a coating of calcium with D3. once a week he gets 3 large dubias dusted in vitamin powder (which he eats in a tote, because he's terrible at 'hunting' even when they're offered on tongs.) every other week, he gets blueberries or a chunk of banana.
also! he typically poops every other day, almost always while i'm at work, and lately it's been... smeared. like, flattened into his substrate? i guess? doesn't smell awful, and isn't straight liquid, but i feel like it's on the softer side and he seemingly slides through it every time he goes, so i haven't actually been able to check the quality. he's not lethargic and has a bit of an attitude (always) but i'm a hypochondriac and terrified of the possibility of him getting parasites. could the smearability of his poop just be the amount of vegetables he gets? he's really good about eating them so i offer a decent amount with every meal. he's extremely fond of mustard greens and green beans!
