Hello everybody!
few minutes ago i noticed some white larvae in my BTS (Nero's, male, 1nhalf year old) poop.
i attached a picture to this post.
in my stupidity.. i disposed of them (couldve keept it to bring it to a vet to have a look..)
im conflicted right now, because i gave him 3 (dusted) adult female Dubia Roaches (one dubia had clearly a eggsack which he ate) so im thinking meaby these are Dubia larvae?
Dubias keep the eggsack internal as far as i know and bring their babies alive/hatched to the world.
This is also the first time i see this and he doesnt show any changed behavior. He is activ, ate normale the last weeks/months, no weight drop, basking normal etc...
so should i seek out to a vet immediately? Should i wait for his next go and check if there are any signs of larvae?
Has anybody experienced something similar so far?
Thanks for your knowledge, answers and opinions!
with Best Regards
Lucas

Those are worms. Need a fecal check done to verify if that is the only type or if there is others. The vet then prescribe the proper meds to treat it.

Thanks for your Answer.
I called a vet and made a appointment for friday.
I probably going to give an update on the situation when I got new information.
Best regards

Glad you got an appointment. Don't forget to bring pictures/poop sample. Curious what they all find. Good luck!
