Baby Bluetongue found in flood

Hi everyone, currently the side of my house is flooding due to the storms and I have found a baby blue tongue that was trying to escape the water by climbing the windowsil. I have it inside out of the weather in a box and was needing to know, will it require a heat source until it is safe to release? Am I best calling the rescue or will it be OK with me until the water subsides? Thank you for all your help and support
