BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

My Skink has been known to glass surf but since I got him a bigger tank (kages) he’s been crawling and scratching so much more. I’ve added plenty hides, made the mulch moist and humid, re-arrange things and made sure his temps are safe

Can someone rate my setup maybe some advice why he’s doing this so often? He could just be curious but I don’t want to just assume. Thanks.

Hi there, your set up looks great to me. He probably is still just getting use to things and exploring every possible spot he can. Sometimes, when my do this they also just want attention and be out.
