Irian Jaya behavior?

Hi guys,
I recently got a rehomed Irian Jaya from CL about a week and a half ago, was told she is an adult and is captive bred, but I cannot verify that for sure. She's gone to the vet with a fecal and it all came out clean, and she's a good weight with good appetite.
I feed her a combination of bluey buffet and dog food with a variety of vegetables like collard greens, turnip greens, green beans, endives, mustard greens, arugula etc. Being that she's fairly new, i'm a bit of a worrier so bear with me here. There's just some behaviors i'm currently fretting about.
She sleeps frequently. Like, FREQUENTLY. I know she moves from place to place, but she just moves to find another prime sleeping spot. Is this something to worry about? I see her actually active a little at night, but most of the time she is just asleep.
I've never seen her bask. She sleeps inside the hide directly under her basking light, but i haven't seen her actually bask. Is this normal? She eats well and finishes everything, which is why I assume she will seek out heat to digest but she doesnt.
She closes her eyes at moving insects, even prekilled ones and canned ones. Ive tried everything I have access to. Dubias, crickets, small and giant mealworms, superworms, horn worms, silkworms, calciworms. All either alive still or prekilled. She will sniff it, then close her eyes and look to the side. If i let it go, she just stares at it but doesnt eat it. Is this just a quirk or something to bring up to the vet? She finds her dog food just fine, and watches me spot clean so I'm thinking her vision is ok. Aside that, the vet says she's doing well.
I've only held her once, to inspect her, and she peed on me like a lot. Any advice on stopping that behavior so I can socialize her a bit easier? I have no plans yet since shes only been with me for a week, but in a month or so I want to start handling just a bit each time but I dont want her to pee on me every time!!
Are any of these behaviors something to worry about? Any tips on Irian Jayas? From what I could figure out from her old home, she was taken care of well enough. She is in great shape, no missing toes or old wounds, also in great weight. Sorry if this seems dumb, i'm just worried about her general behavior!
Thanks!!
