BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

I was curious to confirm if Ferrous was a Indo species? I'm pretty sure he is even though I was told he would be a northern. Which means I will have to completely redo the enclosure, correct?

That's correct. Look like a Halmahera to me, but a pic of the belly should confirm it iirc. Which means you've gotta keep that humidity nice and high! Check the species-specific care guides in this forum and mare sure you stay on top of the humidity in order for this lil guy to thrive! I'd also recommend a fecal check... They're more than likely wild caught or captive farmed and can carry parasites.

Just to piggy back here. I think I have the same species. I was also thinking halmahera. Anyone that could confirm? I'm going to check their belly when I get home. He's actually very friendly for an indonesian. Very young too. Captive bred born in January I think. Thanks for anyone that can confirm!

Both of these skinks are Halmahera. They require high humidity to thrive.
