Hello!
I'm am looking into getting my first BTS and was wondering which would be the best option for a first-time BTS owner? I'm looking for a subspecies that would be most likely to be laid-back, easy to handle, and affectionate (or as much so as reptiles can be). One that will hopefully enjoy being around me more than in it's enclosure. Thanks so much in advance!!
Best BTS?

Re: Best BTS?
Northern. One hundred percent. They can tolerate many beginner mistakes, and are not imported. I've never had a vet visit with one. They're darn near indestructible.
