I took him to the vet twice so far for a examination and a fecal test and they couldn’t find anything.
He has been doing this for at least two months so far with no behavior changes and is eating normal.

Hello again I apologize for the late reply to the post and thank you guys for replying to this. It turns out he’s a boy and he’s sometimes will squeak when he’s excited.
