BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

I’ve got a 15 month old northern blue tongue skink, curious as to what everyone thinks the sex is. She’s just over 18 inches long, thank you!

I’d keep an eye out for certain behaviors especially if you have other skinks. My younger skink that I thought was female since I got them just started having sperm plugs and getting very territorial around my other male skink so it’s clearly a male. Things like that.

I agree with splashy. My guess is male as well

Thanks guys, she/he is our only blue tongue right now and we were just curious, we were kinda thinking male also just by some of the research we have done

I haven’t seen any sperm plugs but he is on a coco coir, orchid bark substrate so I’m guessing it would be kind of hard to see, I’ll have to keep checking everyday and see if I can find any.
