Hey guys,
Just wanted to ask about this scale discolouration on the top of my lizards head.

He's a very healthy lizard and about 1.5 years old, he's got a few brown scales that look almost like bruises and a corner of one of the scales is lifting slightly. I've attached some pictures I'm wondering if anyone knows what it is.

That does look like bruising. Could he have gotten himself wedged anywhere in his enclosure and hurt himself?

They often do stupid things to themselves, as they do not have the ability to reason. I don't see cause for concern except I'd check his furnishings to make sure he cannot injure himself worse.
