Overheated and rough shipping

Hi,
I just got an adult Northern blue tongue and was shipped to South Florida ( actual temps 90oF) with a heat pack and with Fedex Standard overnight, so she got here at around 3pm! The box was extremely hot inside and she wasn’t moving. I thought she was dead poor thing, but for some miracle she is alive!
I put her in a tub with about 1/2 inch of lukewarm water for a few minutes and now she seems alert and moving.. She is very red / pink in the sides, probably from the heat? I am obviously keeping a close eye on her, but do you think she may have any permanent damage? Anything I should be paying special attention to?
I’m very worried about her…
I’m ataching some pics of the red areas I took while she was in the tub. It is way more red in person than in the pics.
Thank you!
