BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

I just got a new baby halmahera, Im a new owner and this is my first bts, I tried feeding it Canned dog food (beef flavor and liver) with some greens, in the first day it ate one bite and tried the food a little but then it doesn't want to eat it anymore, its been around 2 days now and im getting worried any suggestions and why it wont eat?

Halmaheras, being wild caught almost always have some sort of parasite load that can manifest itself harmfully due to the stress of capture, rehoming, and other factors related to transport. If you have an exotic vet where you are I'd suggest a visit. Also make sure your temps are 95+ at basking and humidity 80+.
