BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Hello, just wanna update ya’ll on my skinks. They are 100% mite free and everything is back to normal. The bruise on Kirra’s jaw is healed up and he isn’t glass surfing constantly now that he’s not in a depressing quarantine setup anymore. Both Kirra and Bajo had absolutely amazing sheds which is awesome. Hestu is doing amazing too and he recently learned how to burrow. Still waiting for him to shed, his first shed with me was pretty bad I had to bathe him and the skin on his belly still refused to come off. Hopefully his next shed will be a good one.

Kirra doesn’t have UVB in his viv as of now, his new one hasn’t turned up yet because of delays :/

In the future I plan on upgrading Kirra again to a 4x2x2. His current enclosure is 4ft x 50cm x 40cm, I felt he needed a bit more space than that considering he’s almost exactly 2ft long now, I’ll be moving Hestu into that enclosure which I think is perfect for him if he maxes out at 18 inches.

Your setups are awesome. Mine would have those destroyed in 30 seconds. I'm jealous...
When I tried to make it nice they just thought it was a new playpen and acted like toddlers in a toy store.
