One of my blueys smell like poo!

Ok just as the title reads.
Yes I clean and spot clean their cage and change everything on a regular basis. My motto is prevention is the best cure for disease. The vets for reptiles are not easy for me to get to.

My girl seems to smell of poop and it's been this way for a few days now. I just washed her and she still smells. The other one is fine.

I am wondering if something could be seriously wrong. I'm about to go into surgery myself so I kinda can't get to the vet at least for a while. I'm hoping she is ok and just farting a lot. But it's been 3 days and she reeks.
She eats a combination of bluetongue dryfood (soaked), baby foods with vegetables, dandelions i find for them, occasional pieces of fruit, occasional insects (earthworms at the moment) and there is the treat of dried meal worm.

Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong?

She likely just runs through it - mine does it occasionally and the smell lingers even after soaking and wiping it off! When mine was shipped, they were in a sock and had used the bathroom and it made the whole car smell. They still smelled a few days later haha. Do her poops seem to be a normal consistency and not overly smelly?

I use unscented baby wipes if needed for cleaning skinks or baths. Sometimes, they slide/move through their feces and it can make them very smelly.

What substrate were you using? I noticed when my skinks are smelly for a long period of time it’s because of the fake grass mats I had used. Mine don’t stink much anymore when I stopped using it.
