House Fly larvea as food (live)

Postby WildlifeMarc » Thu Aug 19, 2021 4:01 am

Hi, I am very happy with my TSI’s. I was out of the BT Hobby for more then 25years. Back in the days it was supposed (by some) to have a possible Danger to feed live House Fly larvea to large lizards.

What do you think? Is it dangerous? (Eating throug The stoumach)

I've been in the reptile hobby for well over 40 years and never heard that one. Fly larvae are sold as reptile food, fish food, bait and whatnot.
