Just had a massive panic.
Ventress was swallowing a big piece of dog food and one eye (right) got bubbles in in and then went watery and a tear came out.... is this RI??? No other symptoms, only happened when swallowing?
Please advise asap as im worried sick

Have nebulised with f10 and emailed his vet to see if i can get a prescription on antibiotics tomorrow to save the stress of the journey to the vets. Any input welcoming

I would just keep and eye on it. If he seems to be ok and no other symptoms, then I wouldn't worry about it.

What would cause it, any ideas? My other half seems to think it could just of been extra saliva from eating?? Would that be something that could happen?? Thanks for your help x

I am not sure what the cause could be. I don't think it is extra saliva from eating. Again I would just keep and out out and see if you notice it again.

I've seen this happen when they eat something too large and it takes them a while to get it down. Serve in smaller pieces, should alleviate this.
