Identify this possible mold?

Did my daily water change this morning and found these...seed pod looking things underneath my water basin. It is a large water basin sat on top of a paving stone, pictured are the offenders on top of the paving stone. I have since wiped them off and treated the area and the dish with a diluted chlorhexidine spray. Has anyone encountered these before? Any more suggestions? Tank has only existed for less than a month, daily morning mistings, nothing inside the tank has avoided sanitizing and nothing from the wild, just pet shops. I appreciate any advice!

They kind of look like sprouted black chia seeds. Based off a very very fast read I havnt found anything to suggest they are toxic to bts.

Sounds like you cleaned the area well. I would just keep an eye on it. Sometimes to much moisture can cause the growth of weird things. It is happens again, I would cut back the amount of moisture you are using in that area.

Thanks to both of you! I will keep an eye on things but it's reassuring that they aren't scary looking.

They look like sprouted seeds to me also. Doesn't look like any kind of mold or fungi.
