My bts is hiding in the dirt which I don't mind at all but he hasn't eaten his food I made for him all day.
things that might help you help me, I guess:
I got him from a reptile store when he was a juvenile because the baby I was going to get died sadly.
I've had him for (I think) 3 days now.
He didn't burrow for only 1 day.
The food is cat food and green bean baby food (mixed) sprinkled with calcium powered. (and I could smell it from my door)

Common issue amongst newly acquired skinks. They take some time to settle in. Don't be alarmed if it doesn't eat for several days until it gets better acclimated. Also make sure the enclosure has proper temperatures as many skinks will not eat if not provided enough heat.

I would also send us some pictures so we can help you properly identify your skink. So many of the pet stores have them labeled wrong. Also definitely make sure your temps are accurate.
