Dirt In Nostril!
Hello, I am quite new to owning a BTS! I have had my Indonesian Halmahera, Kaiju, for about I'd say a year now? Kaiju tends to get dirt up his nose after he burrows. I can usually get it out with a damp cotton swab, or it comes out on its own. I am a little worried though. He's breathing, drinking and eating, etc..He seems completely fine, it's just the dirt. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else's skink?

I wouldn't mess with that area. They get it out on their own.

Oh it is completely normal. You should see my Northern. He is captain dirty pants. Constantly has dirt in his nose, mouth and eyes. He has never had an issue. Remember these guys live to burrow.
